今年度の実施結果1.鶴見大学歯学部付属病初診室、大治療室、保存科外来患者の中から、クサビ状欠損を有する被験者を30名(男性14名、女性16名、平均年齢45.5歳)集め、既製トレー((株)東京歯材社製ABEトレー^<(R)>)とアルジネート印象材((株)三金工業社製アルジエ-ススーパー^<(R)>)を用い口腔内の状態を印象し、超硬石膏((株)徳山曹達社製トクソ-ロック1^<(R)>)をバイブレーターを用い流し込み、各々の口腔内模型を作成した。2.模型分析において、模型を規格化する目的でABE90咬合器^<(R)>((株)ハーマンズ社製))およびオーソペディックス・リレーター^<(R)>(デンタル・シンプリシティ社製)を用いて、HIP平面が基準になるように模型を修正した後、ノギス、定規、数式を用い、患歯の咬頭傾斜角度、クサビ状欠損の大きさを計測しデータを収集した。3.患歯の歯周組織の状態(プロービングデプス、動揺度)を、プローベ^<(R)>(ヒューフレディー社製CPN-15)、ピンセット、ミラー、ペリオテスト^<(R)>(シーメンス社製)、ペリプローブ^<(R)>(VIVADENT社製)を用い計測した。4.各々の被験者の咬合力を、プレスケール^<(R)>(30H,50H)((株)富士写真フィルム社製)を用い測定し、データを収集した。現在以上のデータを、NEC社製PC-9821As^<(R)>コンピューター、(株)東京歯材社製FPD704^<(R)>および、JRI社製医療向統計分析システムV2.0^<(R)>を用い解析中である。
