1.化学療法前後におけるIV型、VII型コラーゲンの分布様式と組織学的効果との関連対象41例の生検組織における分布様式はIV型、VII型コラーゲンともに、Group A:癌胞巣に連続性の線状反応がみられるもの(7/41,17.1%)、Group B:癌胞巣の線状反応に断裂がみられ、胞巣周囲にリンパ球が集族し胞巣内にリンパ球浸潤がみられるもの(14/41,34.1%)、Group C:癌胞巣の線状反応に断裂がみられ、胞巣内にリンパ球浸潤のみられないもの(20/41,48.8%)に分類された。なお、癌胞巣周囲に集族し胞巣内に浸潤するリンパ球の大部分はCD5陽性T細胞であり、症例によってCD4、CD8陽性T細胞の浸潤程度が異なっていた。CD16陽性細胞は癌間質に散在性に浸潤するのみであった。上述の分布様式と組織学的効果との関連をみると、有効例はGroup A:(5/7,71.4%)、Group B:(10/14,71.4%)、Goup:(2/20,20.0%)であった。さらに、これらの症例の大部分は化学療法後もGroup Cと判定され、発育先端部の生存癌細胞に基底膜の変化がみられた。2.化学療法前後におけるI型、III型、V型、VI型コラーゲンの分布様式と組織学的効果との関連対象41例の生検組織における分布様式はGroup 1:I型、III型、V型、VI型コラーゲンの染色程度が強く、リンパ球浸潤の程度が弱いもの(5/41,12.2%)、Group 2:リンパ球浸潤の程度が強く、コラーゲンの染色程度が弱いもの(24/41,58.5%)、Group 3:コラーゲンの染色程度、リンパ球浸潤の程度ともに弱いもの(12/41,29.3%)に分類された。これらの分布様式と組織学的効果との関連をみると、有効例はGroup 1:(2/5,40.0%)、Group 2:(14/24,58.3%)、Group 3:(1/12,8.3%)であった。さらに、化学療法後にGroup 1であった症例は21例(51.2%)で、いずれもコラーゲンの増生を認め、21例中14例が有効例であった。これに対し、Group 3は9例全例が無効例であった。

1. Before and after chemotherapy, the distribution pattern of type IV and type VII ovarian cancer and histological results and related objects were observed in 41 cases of ovarian cancer. Cancer cells are connected by linear lines.(7/41, 17.1%), Group B: linear reverse lines of cancer cells, cell cycle lines, cluster lines, intracellular lines, and infiltration lines (14/41,34.1%), Group C: linear reverse rupture of cancer cells, intracellular invasion of cancer cells (20/41,48.8%). CD5 + T cells were found in most of the tumor cells, but CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells were found in different cases. CD16 positive cells are scattered throughout the tumor stroma. Group A:(5/7,71.4%), Group B:(10/14,71.4%), Goup:(2/20,20.0%). The majority of these cases were treated with chemotherapy, and the survival of cancer cells in the early stages of development was determined by Group C. 2. The distribution patterns of type I, type III, type V and type VI before and after chemotherapy and the histological results of the related objects were as follows: Group 1: the degree of staining of type I, type III, type V and type VI was stronger, and the degree of infiltration of cysts was weaker (5/41,12.2%); Group 2: the degree of infiltration of cysts was stronger, and the degree of staining of cysts was weaker (24/41,58.5%); Group 3: the degree of staining of cysts was weaker, and the degree of infiltration of cysts was weaker (12/41,29.3%). The distribution pattern and histological effects of this phenomenon are closely related, and some examples are Group 1:(2/5, 40.0%), Group 2:(14/24, 58.3%), and Group 3:(1/12, 8.3%). After chemotherapy, there were 21 cases (51.2%) of Group 1, and 14 cases of group 1 were found to have symptoms. All 9 cases are unsolved.
