1.調査実施状況 真岡市大内地区の3小学校1中学校計666名の児童生徒に対して,アンケートによる日常生活状況,生活習慣の調査を行い,データの提供を受けた小児成人病検診データとリンケージを行った。親に関する生活習慣の調査は,汎用の「生活習慣ドッグ」質問紙を用い,2次検診対象児童の親ならびに希望者の計108名よりデータを得た。また,親の身体状況について希望者67名の検診成績の提供を受けた。調査・収集したデータはリンケージののちデータベース化を行った。2.研究成績 母子の身体状況の中で,肥満度,最大・最小血圧および血清コレステロール等の血液生化学検査成績において,統計的に有意な相関が認められた。母子の生活習慣の関連では,食習慣を中心に有意な関連が認められ,特に肉・油脂の摂取,塩分,糖分の摂取は母子で強い関連を示した。また,料理への関心が低い親の場合には子供の塩分摂取が多くなるなど母親の食習慣が子供に強い影響を与えていることが確かめられた。さらに,母親の食習慣は子供の食習慣だけでなく,料理への関心が低い母親の子供は検診によるリスクコアが高い,洋風の食事を好む親の子供もリスクコアが高いといった母親の食習慣が子供の小児成人病リスクへ与えている影響が確認された。今後の展開 母親の生活習慣は,対象児童生徒の一部についてのみ実施したが,母親の対象集団に関して偏りが存在する可能性が残されたため,今後対象数を増やして調査を行う必要があると考える。また,遺伝要因と生活習慣の子供の小児成人病リスクに対する影響の大きさの比較は,父親の身体状況に関する情報の欠如している現段階では不十分であったため,さらに父親に関するデータを追加する予定である。
