本研究では,戦時統制経済期から戦後高度成長期にいたる日本の財閥・企業集団における企業間結合の変貌過程の実証研究のための基礎的資料の収集とデータ整理にとりくんだ.企業間結合分析の指標として,(1)株式所有,(2)資金調達(供給),(3)人的結合,(4)生産・流通過程での連関の4点を設定したが,今年度は,戦前期の三井財閥傘下の金融期間である三井銀行,三井信託,三井生命保険について,(2)(3)に関する資料収集とデータ整理を中心とする以下の作業をおこなった.1.三井銀行,三井信託,三井生命保険の資金供給,人材派遣などの変遷を長期間にわたって把握するために,3社の取締役会議録をパーソナルコンピュータを用いてデータベース化した.2.三井銀行の大口貸出先との取引関係を把握できる「抜粋大口貸出先」のデータをパーソナルコンピュータに入力し,整理した.3.人的結合関係把握のために,三井財閥傘下各社の職員録などをデータベース化する作業の準備を進めた。4.以上の作業に必要な資料のマイクロフィルム収集と印画紙焼きつけを行った。これらのデータの分析から,戦前期の三井財閥傘下金融機関の資金供給が極めて限定された数の大口取引先に集中していた実態が鮮明になるとともに,3金融機関の分業体制の存在が明瞭となった。また,戦時期における財閥横断的強調融資の展開も具体的に把握できた。三井以外の財閥における金融機関を軸とした資金供給関係,また三井も含めて第二次大戦後における変貌,上記分析指標(1)株式所有,(4)生産・流通過程での連関などについての資料収集・分析に引き続き取組みたい。

This study is based on the empirical study of the inter-firm integration process in Japan's chaebol enterprises during the period of time control and post-high growth. The indicators for inter-firm integration analysis include: (1) corporate ownership;(2) capital transfer (supply);(3) human integration;(4) production and circulation processes; and (4) financial periods under the Mitsui Chaebol umbrella. Mitsui Bank, Mitsui Trust, Mitsui Life Insurance Company.(2) The following operations related to (3) data collection and data collation are at the center. 1. Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mitsui Trust, Mitsui Life Insurance's capital supply, talent dispatch, and relocation will be controlled over the long term, 2. Mitsui Banking Corporation's major lending and procurement relations are well understood. 3. Human integration relations are well understood. Mitsui Chaebol's staff records are well prepared for the operation of various companies under the umbrella of Mitsui Chaebol. 4. The necessary data for the above operations are collected and printed on paper. Based on this data analysis, the fact that the capital supply of financial institutions under the umbrella of Mitsui Chaebol was extremely limited and concentrated in the early stage became clear, and the existence of the separate business system of financial institutions became clear. Moreover, during the war period, the chaebol emphasized the development of lending and made specific efforts to grasp it. Financial institutions other than Mitsui have a capital supply relationship, and Mitsui has a post-second-largest financial institution. The above analysis indicators include (1) company ownership, and (4) data collection and analysis of production and circulation processes.
