In order to execute the research funding smoothly, the opinions of university researchers have been collected by the principal investigators and collaborators. The subjects of this investigation were national, public, and private universities. The detailed analysis has clarified the actual state of their research budget as well as views and requests of the researchers. The summary of this two-year study will be published in the near future.
