项目摘要

We evaluated the state of periodontal tissue by free vibration using an impulse hammer and obtained the folloeing results.1. In an extracted teeth implantation model that showed viscous resistance similar to that of the periodontal membrane, both single-rooted teeth and multi-rooted teeth showed a certain vibration pattarn even when the vibration force was not accurately constant.2. In model of periodontal disease produced using exracted teeth, vibration responses were decreased.3. In the human healthy complete teeth, each tooth showed nearly the same responses irrespective of the strength of vibration. In the teeth partially of the strength of vibration respnses were decreased. These results suggest the applicabillity of this method to the diagnosis of periodontal disease.

本研究采用脉冲锤自由振动法对牙周组织的状态进行评价，得到以下结果.在表现出与牙周膜相似的粘性阻力的离体牙种植模型中，单根牙和多根牙即使在振动力不精确恒定的情况下也表现出一定的振动模式.在拔牙牙周病模型中，振动响应降低.在人类健康的完整牙齿中，无论振动强度如何，每颗牙齿都表现出几乎相同的反应。牙齿部分振动反应强度降低。结果表明，该方法对牙周病的诊断是可行的。
