Mo-Si Composite powder was fabricated by mechano-chemical reaction and its thermal spray characteristics was elucidated. Main results were as follws :(1) About 50% of MoSi_2 can be formed by thermal spraying using Mo-Si composite powder.(2) It is possible to obtain perfect film which composed of 100% MoSi_2 by heat treatment after thermal spraying.(3) Mechanical property of thermal spray coating film obtained by composite powder is almost the same as that by MoSi_2 powder.(4) Reactivity of composite powder can be improved by adding smsll amout of carbon powder.The improvement of reactivity by carbon addition can be attributed to a decrease of oxide layr at the surface of particles, which is caused a CO formation reaction.
采用机械力化学反应制备了钼硅复合粉末,并阐明了其热喷涂特性。主要结果如下:(1)采用Mo-Si复合粉末进行热喷涂可形成约50%的MoSi_2。(2)热喷涂后热处理可得到100%MoSi_2组成的完美薄膜。(3)复合粉末获得的热喷涂膜的力学性能与MoSi_2粉末几乎相同。(4)添加smsll可提高复合粉末的反应活性。 添加碳提高反应性可归因于颗粒表面氧化层的减少,这是由CO形成反应引起的。
