カルシウム拮抗剤は、高血圧症患者等に比較的頻繁に長期に使用され、それによる歯肉増殖症に悩む患者も多い。研究者は、カルシウム拮抗剤による歯肉増殖の機構を解明していくため、まず増殖細胞核関連蛋白質である、PCNAの発現を検討した。カルシウム拮抗剤性の歯肉増殖症患者の歯肉を歯肉整形切除時に、炎症等を認めない正常と思われる歯肉を抜歯時に一部採取し、上皮基底細胞のPCNA発現陽性細胞を免疫組織化学的に比較検討した。その結果、基底細胞のPCNA発現率はカルシウム拮抗剤性歯肉増殖症患者において有意に(危険率5%以下)高かった。また細胞増殖関連EGF-receptorに関しても、上皮細胞、線維芽細胞が数多く陽性に染色され、両細胞の増殖傾向の強さが示された。また、本患者歯肉のワンギ-ソン染色では、正常歯肉と比較して、コラーゲン繊維の強い増生が認められた。従ってカルシウム拮抗剤による歯肉増殖症は、上皮成分と上皮下線維成分の増生が相まって生じており、かつ増殖に関係するといわれている蛋白質を発現していることは、ある程度うかがい知ることができた。従って、この増殖に関する細胞の情報伝達の研究を進め知見をえることが重要である。更にウシ胎児血清を用いた倍地によって、歯肉増殖症患者の線維芽細胞を培養し、線維芽細胞の増殖に関する細胞内情報伝達に関して、解明していく予定であるが、現在の時点では、本領域での新たな知見はまだ得られていない。

In addition, the patient's dental pulp was stained with a strong stain compared with normal dental pulp. The growth of epithelial and epithelial vascular components in dental hyperplasia is closely related to the development of reproductive diseases. The research on cell information transmission related to cell proliferation is important. In addition, the use of fetal serum in the culture and proliferation of vascular germ cells from patients with thyroid hyperplasia has been studied. The intracellular information related to the proliferation of vascular germ cells has been analyzed. The present time is new in the field.
