本研究は,小学校高学年児童を対象に,日常生活における活動性の違いがドロップジャンプを用いたバリスティックな動作におけるパワー発揮能力に及ぼす影響を検討することを目的とした.北海道教育大学附属函館小学校の5年生(男子14名,女子16名)および6年生(男子17名,女子18名)児童を被検者とした.バリスティックな動作時におけるパワー発揮能力は,台高30cmからのドロップジャンプにおける踏切時間(t_c)と跳躍時間(t_a)をスポーツプリンタ(セイコ-社製:CT-916)を用いて測定,バリスティックな動作におけるパワー発揮能力の指標となるDJ_<index>(=(1/8・g・t_a^2)/t_c)を算出した.日常生活における活動性は,学校生活での活動性を総合的に評価し,各学年の児童をAc(Active)群・St(Standard)群・N-Ac(Non-Active)群の3群に分類した.1.5年生について見ると,男子ではN-Ac群の踏切時間がAc,St群に対して有意に遅い値を示した.運動遂行に要する時間(踏切時間)は着地前の先取り能力の優劣を決定しており,非活動的な児童が先取り能力に劣るものと思われる.また,女子では,跳躍時間において,N-Ac群がAc,St群と比較してその能力が劣る傾向にあった.このことは,女子においては,神経系の要因よりも高い跳躍を得る能力に活動性の差が影響していることを示していると思われる。2.6年生においては,男子でN-Ac群の跳躍時間・DJ_<index>がAc,St群に対し有意に低い値を示し,非活動的な児童はバリスティックなパワー発揮能力が劣ることが示唆された.女子では,踏切時間,跳躍時間,DJ_<index>の各項目に3群間の有意な差は認められず,活動性の違いはバリスティックなパワー発揮能力に影響を及ぼしていないものと思われる。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of activity on the development of children's mental health in primary schools.
