1.本研究の前提となるロシアの体外経済活動に関するデータの収集・整理・検証を行った。とくに、ロシアの貿易統計の検討については、その成果を米国スラブ研究促進学会(AAASS)で報告し、米国の雑誌に発表した。1991年以降のロシアの貿易統計は、ソ連の崩壊、為替管理制度の変化、貿易制度の変化などの影響を受けて、混乱を極めている。本研究では、貿易額の評価方法、商品別貿易データおよび地域別貿易データの特殊性、通関統計への移行問題などを検討し、さらに、1980年代後半以降のロシアの貿易動向の分析を行った。本研究の成果は、今後、この時期のロシアの貿易統計データを処理する際の拠り所を与えるものである。2.作成され始めたばかりのロシアの国際収支表のデータの収集・整理・検証を行い、国際収支表作成の方法論についても考察した。貿易統計データとの突き合わせを行ったほか、ロシアの対外債務、その返済、ロシアへの外国投資、ロシアからの資本逃避などのデータが国際収支表にどのように把握されているのかについて検討した。3.貿易統計、国際収支統計と国民所得統計との関係に関して方法論的な考察を深めた。国民所得統計についても、物的生産を中心とする従来の統計に加えて、SNA方式の統計が作成され始めており、これらの統計相互の関係を完全に解明するには至らなかったが、基本的な枠組みを把握し、方法論上、データ上の問題点を抽出することができた。この成果は、平成7年度に実施予定の重点領域研究のなかで共同研究としてさらに発展させる予定である。

The results of the joint research and development of key research areas were determined in the seventh year of Heisei.
