项目摘要

本研究は、情報処理の観点から、進路決定のシミュレーションとベイズ理論に基づく規範モデルの学習の2つの学習プログラムの他に、事前の評価と事後の評価を加えた、全部で4つのステップからなる対話型学習プログラムを、パーソナルコンピュータ上に構築し、それを用いて、進路決定の困難な大学生に対して実際に進路決定の支援をおこない、その有効性を検討した。その結果、このプログラムは、進路決定に関心の低いものに対しては、関心を高め、自分が進路を決定していくためにはどのような情報が必要なのかを明確化できるようになることに効果があり、ある程度自分の進路が決定している者は、選択の結果選ばれた選択肢をより現実的に考えていくことができるようになることに有効性があると考えられる。また、従来の質問紙方式の違いについては、コンピュータ方式の方が質問紙方式よりも被験者の関心が向上した。コンピュータ方式でおこなった被験者は、短時間に、自分の属性に対する評価を変化させて進路決定のシミュレーションを何度も繰り返すことができ、自分にとってどの選択肢がより現実的に選択可能であるかということを明確化できるようになると考えられ、不足している情報の種類や自分の希望の進路についての実現可能性の評価がより明確化されたと考えられる。また、コンピュータ方式は、対話型になっているので、自分のペースで学習でき、特にモデルの学習についても、自分でわからない箇所があれば何度でも繰り返し学習することができる。さらに、結果の表示についても、プロフィールやグラフ表示などの視覚的な表示効果によって、自分の状況をより客観的に把握することができる等の利点がある。これらのことから、この進路決定のためのコンピュータによる支援システムは、多くの利点があり、さらにデータベースの充実が図られれば、将来的にも有意義なシステムになりうると考えられる。
