(1)最適停止における非負独立確率変数列の多数回停止問題において,1回停止問題である特殊なタイプの停止規則が単調になる十分条件が,任意の停止回数を持つ多数回停止問題においても保存することを示し,更に単調問題に関連する停止規則の構造の研究を行った.これをもとに,2回停止問題の最適値を求め,この場合の予言者の不等式の上限の研究を継続している.単調性とRecord Processの関連研究を行い,手応えを感じているが,成果を発表するにいたるまでには研究は進展していず,継続して取り組んでいる.研究成果の一部は,研究代表者所属の南山大学経営学部25周年記念国際会議(会議名:「Stochastic Models & Optimal Stopping」'95/12/19-12/21)にて発表し,内外の研究者から有益なコメントを頂けた.(2)確率財務での確率解析での今年度の目標は,Option PricingにおけるAmerican、Europian、Russian Option等のサーベイ研究をすることであった.この分野の論文は膨大な量にのぼり,全てをカバーするサーベイはもとより不可能に近いと認識を新たにし,特に連続時間最適停止モデルからの観点に絞った調査と理論的サーベイ研究をした.しかし,現実との整合性の理解までしっかりと及んでいない.この点は課題であることを踏まえて,現在報告書を作成中である.
