建設系構造物のアクティブ制御を対象に、アクチュエータの制御力を制約条件として考慮した制御則を求めた。アクチュエータの(最大)制御力を切り換える、切り換え面を1自由度系構造物、2自由度系構造物(構造物+TMD)に対して数値的に求めた。飽和制御の場合、構造物の応答が小さい場合も、交番した大きな制御力を作用させるため、チャタリングが生じやすい。そこで、ある応答範囲内ではLQ線形制御を行う、LQ-飽和制御を提案し、その制御則のたて方を示した。いくつかの数値計算例により、このLQ-飽和制御が、広く使われている線形LQ制御よりも制御性能が格段に優れていることを示した。
