産業連関の経済効果;レジャー・スポーツ(L/S)産業連関と地域経済との関係これまで大規模L/S施設(スペースワールド、ハウステンボス、福岡ドーム)の経済効果を産業連関分析で試算し、数百億円からその乗数効果1.5〜1.8倍の生産誘発、消費誘発効果と、雇用誘発効果を明らかにした。しかし、1990年代に入りその大規模投資や、乗数効果ヘの疑問が指摘され、地域(すなわち家計)への純粋な効果を示す指標、乗数の妥当性を検討する時期に入ってきていることが、文献(Crompton,1996等)から強調されている。今後は地域経済規模との質的関係に言及する視点が求められる。環境経済学効果;L/S空間環境と経済との関係環境経済的有効性は、環境保全と経済活動への有効性を同時にもたらす評価視点である。合田のエコテクノロジーの空間概念(「環境情報科学」等の雑誌参照)、産業連関分析を開発したLeontiefの公害要因利用の概念で、L/S施設と自然環境の共生事業を評価する可能性が示唆される。環境と経済の両面に有効な空間・技術は徐々に実践ケースが増加している。人的資本の経済効果;人的資本サービスと経済の関係L/S産業は、サービスの生産と供給の場の一致する、人的資本依存産業であり、その教育・研修への量的・質的投資が重視されねばならない。産業界全体で組織再構築が叫ばれるなかで、L/S産業においても、有効な人材活用戦略が求められている。提携戦略(alliance strategy)による人材の「補完・蓄積・研究・改革・信頼」といった経営資源化の有効性が示唆される(Sasaki,Harada,1994)。以上の3視点の推進がL/S産業の経済効果を生み出す誘因となることが示された。
