本项目的主要目的是进一步开展高等教育教学方法和教学体系的理论和实践研究。本项目的主要活动如下：1.调查研究创造性思维及其在高等教育中的发展。2.实验性讲座的记录和分析（1996-1997年）。3.关于员工发展的国际和统计研究。4.大学教育评价体系的发展。5.大学课程改革，包括各个领域和层次的教育内容的简化。

The major objective of this project is to make further development of both theoretical and practical studies on didactic methods and systems for higher education.The following are the main activities which this project undertook.1.Investigation and research of creative thinking and its development through higher education.2.Record and analysis of the experimental lecture (1996-1997) by Professor TANAKA.3.International and statiscal researches on staff development.4.Development of evaluation systems for university education.5.Reform of university curricula, including exemiplification of educational contnts in various fields and levels.
