This sutudy qualify agricultural, forestry and fisheries as enviromental preservation-oriental type industries and car-maker, electrical appliances, chemist industry and so on qualify as anti-envilomental preservation industries. We aimed to plomot glowth for the former and to restrain against the latter, because we expect well-balanced development on our land and industries.In the first, we analyzed aspect of decline agricultural, forestry and fisheries and in the other hand we analyzed aspect of hight glowth car-maker, electrical appliances, chemist industry and so on.In the secand, we sutudied about public utility fanction of agricultural, forestry and fishalies and therefore devised cost-benefit analisis sheet.In the third, we presented device for revoltion to enviromental preservation-oriental type industries from anti-envilomental preservation industries. Then we referd to envilomental preservation auditing. In the finally, we mentioned external economy in fisheries.
