项目摘要

Recycled fine powder with a diameter less than 0.15mm is a by-product of recycled aggregates production from the demolished concrete.We executed an experimental study for an effective use of the recycled fine powder together mixed with a surplus soil.A system of recycled fine powder-surplus soil-cement was studied as a soil-cement concrete and its mixture proportion and mechanical properties were investigated.Following topics were studied.(1) Measurement of physical and chemical properties of materials used was made.(2) Evaluation method of apparent saturated surface dry condition of soil, recycled fine powder and mixed soil, which is necessary for the mix design of soil cement concrete was developed.(3) Development of strength of soil-cement concrete with the recycled fine powder and a variety of binders such as cement, gypsum, blast furnace slag and slaked lime was studied.(4) Zeta potential method for the evaluation of interaction between soil and water reducing agent that is necessary for soil-cement concrete was developed.(5) Mixture design, flow, strength and degree of water reducing of soil-cement concrete using recycled fine powder and water reducing agents were studied.As a result of above study, the mix design of soil-cement concrete using recycled fine powder is proven to be possible and the recycled fine powder could be effectively used as a material of soil-cement concrete and used with super plasticizers.
再生细粉是废弃混凝土生产再生骨料的副产品,其粒径小于0.15 mm。为了有效利用再生细粉与剩余土的混合,进行了再生细粉-剩余土-水泥土混凝土的试验研究,并对其配合比和力学性能进行了研究。(1)对所用材料的物理和化学性能进行了测试。(2)提出了水泥土混凝土配合比设计所必需的土、再生细粉及混合土表观饱和表面干燥状态的评价方法。(3)研究了再生细粉与水泥、石膏、高炉矿渣、消石灰等多种结合剂掺合后水泥土混凝土强度的发展规律。(4)采用Zeta电位法研究了水泥土混凝土中减水剂与土壤之间的相互作用。(5)研究了再生细粉和减水剂在水泥土混凝土中的配合比设计、流动性、强度和减水度等方面的影响,结果表明,再生细粉在水泥土中的配合比设计是可行的,再生细粉可以有效地用作水泥土的原材料,并与减水剂配合使用。
