遊離血管柄付皮弁において、血管外科にて積極的に行われている経皮的血管形成術を用い、吻合以前に移植側一被移植側間の血管径を同等にすることで血流障害が改善され皮弁の生着率が向上すると推測し、本実験を行った。以下はの結果である。1.経皮的血管形成術を用い移植側血管の内径を拡張させた群では、血行障害もなく良好な血流が得られた。2.内径拡張の影響により、血管壁が薄くなる実験例もみられた。今回は、少数例であったが、今後は例数を増やして生理学的ならびに病理組織学的に検討を加える予定である。
