项目摘要

The heavier the traffic becomes, the more cases of damaged bridge deck slabs are reported year by year. One of the new and outstanding rehabilitation techniques for damaged bridge deck slabs is D-RAP method were thin pre-cast panels were glued on the deck slab by epoxy resin mixture. Static and repeated loading tests of damaged and undamaged slabs strengthened by D-RAP method were made in order to study and compare the deterioration process. Application of D-RAP method for tension side where carbon fiber sheets were glued to panels was also investigated with beam specimens. Principal conclusions derived are as follows.1) The deterioration process of damaged and undamaged slabs strengthened by D-RAP method was almost the same under static loading.2) Effectiveness of the D-RAP method was recognized from the view point of both higher strength and higher rigidity.3) Application of D-RAP method for tension side seems to be effective when high elastic type carbon fiber was used and the side with glued fibers were put together on face to face.4) The length of lap and the content of carbon fiber are also important factors.
随着交通量的增加,桥面板损坏的案例逐年增多。D-RAP法是一种新型的、优秀的桥面板修复技术,即在桥面板上粘贴环氧树脂预制薄板。为了研究和比较D-RAP法加固的损伤和未损伤板的劣化过程,进行了D-RAP法加固的损伤和未损伤板的静载和重复荷载试验。本文还通过梁试件研究了D-RAP法在粘贴碳纤维布受拉侧的应用。主要结论如下:1)在静力荷载作用下,D-RAP法加固的损伤板和未损伤板的劣化过程基本相同; 2)从强度和刚度两个方面证明了D-RAP法的有效性; 3)D-RAP法的应用当使用高弹性碳纤维并将胶合纤维的一面面对面放在一起时,RAP方法对拉伸面似乎是有效的。搭接长度和碳纤维含量也是重要因素。
