以前我々は疣贅状表皮発育異常症の皮膚癌から細胞を培養し,株化に成功している.また,同じ患者よりHPV5型遺伝子をクローニングし,その全塩基配列を決定した.そのなかで癌遺伝子の可能性があるE6とE7領域についてPCR法を用いてクローニングを行なった.また同じプライマーを用いて他の疣贅状表皮発育異常症患者の良性皮疹,悪性腫瘍から別の型のHPVのE6,E7領域の増幅に成功し,さらに現在クローニング中である.この新しい型のHPVについてもE6,E7の転写制御領域について検討し,それぞれの転写制御領域の遺伝子塩基配列を比較することによって,疣贅状表皮発育異常症に特異的な転写因子が存在するのかどうかさらに検討を進めたい.

In the past, I successfully cultured and isolated cells from skin cancer with verrucous epidermal dysplasia. In the same group of patients, HPV type 5 DNA was detected and the full nucleotide sequence was determined. E6 and E7 domain PCR method is used to detect the possibility of cancer gene. In addition, the use of the same gene in the treatment of benign skin rashes and lesions in patients with epidermal dysplasia has been successful in increasing the amplitude of HPV E6 and E7 in different types. This new type of HPV is detected in the regulatory domain of E6 and E7, and the gene base alignment in the regulatory domain of E6 and E7 is compared. The specific regulatory factor of verrucous epidermal dysplasia exists.
