1.高感度検出法を用いて、膵癌,慢性膵炎、正常膵組織のK-ras点突然変異を検討した.【結果】膵癌14例中11例(78%),慢性膵炎8例中(腫瘤形成性膵炎6例,慢性膵炎2例)3例(38%),正常膵9例中0例(0%)にK-ras点突然変異が認められた.2.膵癌において神経叢やリンパ節におけるK-ras点突然変異を検索し、微小転移巣と予後との関係を検討する。【結果】リンパ節,神経叢に病理学的転移がないと診断された膵癌において,腫瘍と同一のK-ras点突然変異が,いくつかのリンパ節,神経叢に認められ,病理学的に診断できない微小転移巣が遺伝子的に検出された.3.膵癌患者の末梢血におけるK-rasの点突然変異を検索し、血中癌細胞の存在と臨床腫瘍学的特性について比較検討をする。【結果】膵液中にK-rasの点突然変異を認めた症例(感度:腺管癌75%,嚢胞腺癌100%,特異性:87%)でも,末梢血中には認めなかった.(0%)

1. High sensitivity detection method is used to investigate sudden changes in K-ras spots in middle, cancer, chronic inflammation and normal tissues. [Results] 11 cases (78%) of cancer, 3 cases (38%) of chronic inflammation and 0 cases (0%) of normal control were detected. 2. The relationship between sudden K-ras changes and micro-shift was discussed. [Results] Pathological shifts in the neurologic plexus were detected in the diagnosis of cancer, sudden changes in the same K-ras spot in tumors, sudden changes in the same K-ras spot in tumors, and detection of small shifts in the pathological diagnosis. [Results] The K-ras spots in the serum suddenly changed and the K-ras spots in the peripheral blood suddenly changed (sensitivity: 75% for adenocarcinoma, 100% for adenocarcinoma, specificity:87%).
