本研究是对农林渔业范式转换及其政策的综合性研究。首先，本研究厘清了日本农林渔业实现环境可持续性的农业食品政策与农村政策范式转换的机制。其次，本研究厘清了日本农业合作社、林业业主合作社、渔业合作社和消费者合作社在支持农林渔业环境可持续性方面的范式转换机制。第三，通过家庭农场成员之间劳动、生活、支付等方面的家庭协议，厘清了家庭农场制度范式转换的机制。第四，厘清了农畜产品营销体系的范式转换机制和海产品食品产业的范式转换机制。第五，阐明了农业农村可持续发展中信贷与公共财政体系范式转换的机制。最后，澄清了发展中国家特别是中国国际合作范式转换的主要问题。
