On the Bottom soil Properties As Evoluative Indices of Tidal Flats

本研究主要针对以下几个方面进行了研究：1.滩涂环境评价中底质土壤性质的确定。2.滩涂消长机理的阐述。针对第一个目的，我们选择粘粒含量、烧失量、化学需氧量、氧化还原电位和硫化物含量作为底质土壤性质。探讨了单位面积湿润质量和底栖生物多样性与底层土壤性质的相关性。本文认为潮滩的单位面积湿质量和多样性越大，潮滩越丰富，粘粒含量、烧失量、化学需氧量(或氧化还原电位)和硫化物含量是潮滩环境评价的合适土壤指标。

This study has performed aiming at the following things.1.Decision of the appropriate properties of bottom soils for environmental evaluation of tidal flats.2.Explication of the mechanism of growth and decline of tidal flatsIn relation to the first purpose, we selected clay content, ignition loss, chemical oxygen demand, oxidation-reduction potential, and sulfide content as bottom Soil properties. Also the correlation between wet mass in unit area or diversity of benthoses and these bottom soil properties were investigated. Here, it is supposed that the larger the values of wet mass in unit area and diversity of a a tidal flat, the rich the tidal flat is.It was found that clay content, ignition loss, chemical oxygen demand (or oxidation-reduction potential), and sulfide content were the appropriate soil indices for environmental evaluation of tidal flats.In relation to the second purpose, we made a simulation model for sedimentation and scouring of suspended materials in tidal river.
