Teamwork of Yutaka Fukushi Kai with Consummers' Accosiation for making the Welfare Community at Aichi Prefecture.

1.1969年，在名古屋市成立了Yutaka Fukusi Kai(Yutaka社会福利公司)，作为一个小型社区车间。最初，它由13名残疾人和3名工作人员组成。随后，名古屋及其郊区也逐步建立了许多残疾人机构，目前约有5名手扶残疾人在这些机构工作。通过对公司资料的研究，明确了公司规模的扩大有赖于公司的系统支持。2.通过公司首席董事和代表董事的听证研究，我们认为该公司建立在对残疾人的基本人权和劳动补偿的坚定信念上。3.公司所有残疾人的状况及其家庭的帽子。调查的结果是，我们发现年长的残疾人士，特别是年迈的父母，存在很多问题。这次调查中获得的数据保存在数据库中，供将来使用。4.该公司正在建设一个新的机构--“Sitara Fukushi Mura”。可以肯定的是，这一新机构不仅改善了残疾人的生活，还为村子(‘Shitara’地区)居民的生活做出了贡献。5.通过这次研究，我们收集了大量关于政府和地方政府关于残疾人的政治和新信息的材料，这些材料将在未来得到有效利用。

1.In 1969, the Yutaka Fukusi Kai (Yutaka Corporation of Social Welfare) was established in Nago ya city as a small community workshop. At first it was formed with thirteen disabled persons and three staffs who work in it. Then step by step, many institutions for disabled persons were established also in Nagoya and its suburbs by corporation, and about five handred disabled persons are now working in the institutions. By the study on the materials of the corporation, it as clarified that the scale of corporation had enlarged depending on a systematic support of the coorporatives.2.Through the hearing study from the chief director and representative director of the corporation, we have believed that this corporation had established on firm faith about the fundamental human rights and labor compensation for disabled persons.3.The conditions of all disabled persons in the corporation and hat of their family. As a result of the investigation, we recognized that there were a lot of problems among the aged disabled persons and especially their old parents. The data obtained in this investigations is preserved in a data-base and be used in future.4.A new institution of 'Sitara Fukushi Mura' is now constructing by the corporation. It is conirmed that not only this new institution produce improved lives for the disabled persons but also contributed to the lives of residents in the villege('Shitara' area).5, Through this research, we have gathered a lot of materials of government and local government bout polisies and new informasions for disabled persons, These materials will be used in future effectively.
