项目摘要

海岸林のくし型列状の伐採による防潮機能への影響を明らかにするために,樹幹部を平面上に直立する円柱群で,また,樹冠部をスチールウ-ルでそれぞれモデル化した模型に対して,これを越流する流れの模型実験と可視化実験を実施した.更に,画像処理による流れ場の計測を行い,流れのエネルギーの減衰効果を定量的に測定した.1.可視化画像は,高速度カメラにより毎秒250コマで撮影された.この画像データに対して,相関法に基づくPIV用画像処理専用ソフトウエアであるnexus90000を適用し,流れ場を計測した.この際に対流れに対して最適な画像処理設定項目の組み合わせを明らかにした.2.海岸林の伐採前を現す連続配置モデル,伐採後の状態を現す部分配置モデル等の各模型について画像処理を行い,平均速度ベクトル・乱れ強さ・時間平均レイノルズ・瞬時うず度の流れ場の特性を測定した.これより,1)部分配置モデルの流れの乱れは連続配置モデルの場合より強められる,2)樹冠部上で生じた大きなレイノルズ応力が樹冠部の下流域に流れ下ってくる,3)樹林帯間及び海岸林直後での流れの巻き込みにより生ずるうずが下流に流れていく.3.海岸林下流域を通過する流れの全エネルギー(流れの運動エネルギーと位置エネルギーの和)が測定され,全エネルギーの比較より海岸林の防潮林機能の弱まりを表した.即ち,全エネルギーは,海岸林を伐採しない連続配置モデルについて最も小さく,くし型に伐採した部分配置モデルについては大きくなる.更に,海岸林の伐採部分が広くなると全エネルギーは増加する.
