Political Processes and Party Politics in the Formation of the 1955 System

本研究试图检视战后日本重建的政治进程。《日本重建中的政党政治》一文（2001年3月）就是其中一篇研究成果。本文的目的，首先是厘清1946-1947年经济复苏的决策过程。首先，我想分析一下政党政治和重建政策之间的关系。以吉田第一内阁的国内经济政策为例进行论述。GHQ/SCAP、日本官僚机构、日本社会党（JSP）的影响微不足道。经济科学科和财政部在决策过程中总是相互竞争和合作。简而言之，重建政策的政治过程是一个由多个行动者和政党组成的多重综合体。

This research tries to examine the political process of the reconstruction in postwar Japan. The article, "Party Politics in the Reconstruction of Japan", (March2001) is one of the research results. This article aims, first, to make clear the decision-making process on the economic recovery in 1946-1947. Above all, I'd like to analyze the relationship between party politics and reconstruction policy. For example, the domestic economic policy of the first Yoshida Cabinet is discussed. The influences of the GHQ/SCAP, the Japanese bureaucracies, the Japan Socialist Party (JSP) were negligible. The E.S.S.(the Economic Science Section) and the Ministry of the Finance always competed and cooperated mutually in decision-making processes. In short, the political process of the reconstruction policies was a multiple complex of plural actors and political parties.
