英文摘要
The purpose of this study was curriculum development, of baccalameate neonatal nursing from the point, of view of consistency and efficiency between fundamental nursing and nurse specialist. The curriculum is to meet, the needs of the times in our society which has decreased children and increased nuclear families, and is composed for high quality nursing to promote building up parent-infant relationship and to realize intact survival of high-risk infants. For curriculum development, we conducted a literature review of neonatal nursing education, texts analysis of neonatal nursing, a questionnaire survey about baccalaureate neonatal nursing education and syllabus analysis of neonatal nursing education. The results were the following : 1) to clearly identify a philosophy of neonatal nursing education and to institute objectives and competencies : 2) to understand neonates inclusive]y as a whole person and as developmental process in the perinatal period ; 3) nursing of healthy neonates … More is learned in foundations of baccalaureate nursing education ; 4) nursing of high-risk neonates is learned in post, graduate schools' and clinical practice . Based upon these points, we clearly define a philosophy in neonatal nursing education objectives, competencies, conceptual frameworks of curriculum and curriculum design and draw up the tentative joint model of foundations of baccalaureate nursing education and education of nurse specialist. The policy is to be alternated between ,school and clinical practice, and direct, to foundations of baccalaureate nursing education → practical and application level → education of nurse specialist creative and develop mental level. And the final goal of neonatal nursing education was leached to educate neonatal nurse specialists to be able to meet the needs of the times' in cur society. In future, we thought to use this tentative model in the actual condition of neonatal nursing education then we have to evaluate and identify this model as to whether we can use it, effectively or not, and finally we should improve it.
