本研究では先ずイスラーム法の基本的性格を歴史的に明らかにした後、ハンバリー派法学の発展史を概観した。その後、具体的に日常的な「礼拝の纏め」と社会・政治敵な「庇護民の規定」について『満足を求める者の糧』とそれに先行する作品。後続する作品8点の関連箘所を訳出し、学説の発展の過程を具体的に明らかにする一方、シーア派法学の古典の該当箘所も訳出し、スンナ派とシーア派の違いも分る工夫をした.次いでハンバリー派の通説に従って、イスラーム法の神事編の規定を平明な現代語表現で整理した.最後に『満足を求める者の糧』神事編を注訳し、注釈書、脚注を参照しつつ詳細な訳注を付した.
