2000年度も、前年度にひきつづき主として調査と史料の入力を行なった。【調査】全国各地の秋葉信仰調査の一環として、一部地域の実地調査を行なった。1)西日本各地については、前年度に引き続き、西日本の一部地域の実地調査をした。2)東日本各地の市町村史を渉猟し、お伊勢参り道中日記を調査した。なお調査続行中であるが、300点以上の道中日記を確認し、うち7割が東海道の途中で掛川から御油に至る脇街道を通って秋葉山に参詣していることを確認していたことが分かった。この部分については、中間報告を地方史静岡刊行会『地方史静岡』29号(2000年4月刊行)に発表した。【史料の入力】1)前年度に引き続き神社本庁作成「お祭りデータベース」から秋葉神社(約4000社)の入力2)東日本調査の予備調査として、各地の市町村史の秋葉信仰および秋葉街道に関する記述の入力。3)関東・中部・近畿地方については、自治体および曹洞宗寺院の調査がかなり蓄積できたので、その入力を開始。【データベース】中間報告であるけれども、次のデータベースを作成し、自分のホームページに公開しつつある。 1)お伊勢参り道中日記データベース2)秋葉信仰データベースURL:http://www7.gateway.ne.jp/〜swtamura/
