Medical Law Problems in the Genetic Examination

本研究的目的是对基因工程在医学实践领域的应用进行法律的分析。笔者对欧洲一些大学医院进行基因检测的情况进行了调查，收集了基因检测案例的材料资料。在研究结束时，据报道，人类的遗传密码都被清除了。因此，医事法的作用将更加重要，也将是世界性的。

The purpose of this study is the legal analysis of genetic engineering, which is used in the field of medical practice. I have researched into the fact of genetic examination in some European University Hospitals and gathered together material information about genetic examination case. At end of study is reported that the genetic code of human beings is all cleared. Therefore the role of Medical Law will be more important and worldwide.
