项目摘要

In order to consider the effects of humic materials on transport of pesticide in soil and water environment, the adsorption of pesticide by humic materials was examined. By using the DEAE by which adsorbed humic acid or fulvic acid, the adsorption of some pesticides with different Kow by humic acids and fulvic acids were compared. These were no difference of adsorbed capability of DEAE adsorbed capability of DEAE adsorbed fraction on humic acid and on Fulvic acid. Partition coefficient of adsorption and of desorption of each pesticides from humic materials were obtained.The effect of humic acid on the biodegradation of MEP ware examined too.
为了考察腐殖酸类物质对农药在土壤和水环境中迁移的影响,研究了腐殖酸类物质对农药的吸附作用。利用吸附腐殖酸和富里酸的二乙撑亚胺,比较了腐殖酸和富里酸对几种不同Kow农药的吸附。腐殖酸和富里酸对DEAE的吸附能力无明显差异。测定了各农药在腐殖酸材料上的吸附和解吸分配系数,考察了腐殖酸对MEP生物降解的影响。
