我々は、グリーンツーリスムを「農家住民が主体的に参加して運営される農村生活体験型の余暇活動の提供とその受け手となる都市住民との交流の展開」と定義し、前年度に引き続き、(1)関連文献の収集整理、(2)実践現場の事例収集整理、(3)QOLとグリーンツーリスムの関連を評価するための調査票の開発とそれを用いた調査研究を実施した。(1)については、わが国のグリーンツーリスムが、欧州のそれを基盤としながら、多様な形で様々な地域で展開されていること、(2)については、阿蘇町(阿蘇百姓村)、長陽町(ポッコアポ舎)、二丈町(稲作)および熊本市(ハウス)の実践農家、熊本大学徳野教授、らを招聘、訪問して、グリーンツーリスムの実践、意識および取り組みが視点によって大きな差異を見ること、(3)については、上記調査票を開発し、熊本環境保全型農業研究会員(100名)を対象に郵送調査し、グリーンツーリスムの評価基準(農業、生活、環境、経済、地域活性化、景観など)は各人により異なっているものの、農業従事者のQOLの向上に対する機能には一定の評価が与えられたこと、などが明らかにされた。本研究を通じ、グリーンツーリスムが農業従事者に対する健康賦活作用を持ち、それが各人のQOLを高めることによって、活性化された健康地域をつくることにつながる機能を持っていることが示唆された。この知見を基盤として、我々は、グリーンツーリスムを「持続可能な健康社会の創造につながる混住化社会における生活の産業のシステム」と位置づけ、その視点から、(1)社会経済的評価(地域力)、(2)環境評価(アメニテイ)、(3)健康賦活・QOL評価(生理/精神機能、子供の発育/発達、生活力/ノーマライゼイション)から構成されるグリーンツーリスム評価モデルを設定した。今後、それを検証するための研究を引き続き進めてゆく予定である。

This study is aimed at improving the quality of life of agricultural workers and promoting their health. This knowledge is based on the concept of "sustainable development of a healthy society","sustainable development of a mixed society","sustainable development of a healthy society","sustainable development of a mixed society"(Physiology/Sperm function, development/development of seed supply, vitality/growth) In the future, we will continue to study and develop new technologies.
