The main subject of this study project is to investigate the influence of holding company on the reorganization of industrial groups from the point of international comparative view.In this two years, we tryed to collect many books, articles and materials concerning holding companies. Those are Japanese legal and economical, practical and management books. In foreign books, those are mainly about French holding company.We are now preparing following articles by using above materials and standing on the investigation of holding companies. 1. The division of company and holding company system in Japan, 2. The reforming public enterprise, privatization and holding company in Japan, 3. Holding companies in European countries, 4. Corporate governance, concentration and holding company in Japan, 5. New tax system for holding company in Japan.Among these, we have already published first article and plan to publish second one.
