The science program involves three thema ; one is the pressure-temperature path inversion from rock-froming minerals grown under plastic shear flow of rocks, the second is to exactly estimate the water production rate using pressure-temperature path under shear flow, and the third is to obtain the deformation rate using the growth pattern of rock-forming minerals under shear flow of metamorphic rocks.The results of the first target are clear to propose that the precise paths of pressure and temperature were obtained from growth zoning of garnet and amphiboles. In the case of Sanbagawa metamorphism was hot. The second is the successful results that growth volume of garnet can be measured in the natural samples at any composition and pressure-temperature of garnet position. Two peaks of water release were observed at the 7-8, and 9-10kb. The third target can be modeled by means of finite diffusion length in the matrix for garnet growth from chlorite. Te anisotropic growth rate of garnet should become in the function of the temperature and strain/strain rate.
