We summarized results of the research on earthquake and volcanic eruptions in 2000 and 2001 to evaluated how the results had been implemented in the society and administration in the government. We published the results in the report of "Promotion for the new Program of the Study and Observation for Earthquake Prediction in 2000", which has been also released in the web page if the Internet : URL : http://www.eri.u-tokyo.ac.jp/YOTIKYO/index.htm.
