项目摘要

The following research results are attained to realize the optimal operations of the existing distribution systems with lots of distributed generators (DGs) and to develop a new type power delivery system which can adopts to connect lots of DGs.1.Operation method of the existing distribution system with DGs.(1)Development of loss-minimum re-configuration method by tabu search and by several types of load flow programs some of which can deal with load unbalances caused by DGs.(2)Evaluation of voltage deviation effects to distribution systems by DGs, and evaluation of voltage control effect of DG's reactive output.2.Development of a new optimal network configuraion method for FRIENDS.(1)Development of optimal network configuraion method of FRIENDS by tabu search in which power interruption cost is used to evaluate the optimality.(2)Development of a new optimal operation method of distributed energy storage systems for a fault state of FRIENDS through meta-heuristics method, etc.
为实现现有多分布式电源配电网的优化运行,开发一种可连接多个分布式电源的新型输电系统。1.现有配电系统与分布式电源的运行方式。(1)基于禁忌搜索和几种潮流规划的网损最小重构方法,其中一些潮流规划可以处理分布式电源引起的负荷不平衡。(2)分布式电源对配电网电压偏差影响的评估。并对分布式电源无功输出的电压控制效果进行了评价。2.提出了一种新的朋友网络优化配置方法。(1)利用禁忌搜索算法建立了朋友网络优化配置方法,其中用停电成本来评价最优性。(2)通过元启发式等方法,提出了分布式储能系统在朋友故障状态下的优化运行方法。
