项目摘要

1.平成15年度(2003年)は本研究の最終年度として、昨年度に構築した国際的な研究ネットワークをフルに活用し、実証分析モデル・計量分析手法の開発及びそのモデル評価を実施。2.以上を通じて、新技術創出における社会経済体質弾性値計測及びその支配要因分析を中心的目的としたマクロ・ミクロ両面からの研究を遂行。3.また、情報技術の発展を中心とした社会経済環境の変化に対する日本の技術経営戦略の変容について、企業単位の対応・評価の分析に向け、生産システムの革新と進化の分析を専門とする一橋大学経済研究所、経済体制研究部門・都留康教授との共同研究を実施。4.その一環として、非公式ながら電機連合主催の『デジタル化経済研究会』に参加、情報技術の発展にともなう日本の労働組織構造の変容についてのアンケート・インタビュー及びその分析の一端を担うとともに、オーストリア国IIASA(International Institute for Applied System Analysis:国際応用分析研究所)において、"An Elucidation of the Role of Institutional Systems in Characterizing Technology Development Trajectories - A Global Comparative Analysis of Manufacturing Technology and Information Technology in the Enhancement of Business Practice"とのテーマのワークショップに参加、グローバルな視点で議論を展開。5.以上の結果を、第18回研究・技術計画学会年次学術大会(2003.11.7〜8、東京都目黒区)にて発表すると共に、国内学術雑誌(研究・技術計画)に投稿。

Jointly conducted research by Prof. Yasuyasu Tsuchihiro, Research Institute of Economics, Hitotsubashi University, on the transformation of Japan's technological management strategy, the analysis of the evaluation of enterprise units, and the analysis of innovation and evolution of production systems in relation to the transformation of Japan's social economic environment. 4.
