项目摘要

(1)中国民族政策の研究現代中国の民族区域自治政策を歴史的に捉えるために、その形成の過程において大きな画期をなす第二次世界大戦後の内戦期(1945〜1949年)の、内モンゴル民族運動に対する国民党(執権政党)と共産党の政策過程を検討した。従来の研究では、意識はされながらも実際にはほとんど実行されていない、国際・国内政治の中で分析するという方法で、中国と台湾において近年刊行されたり公開された豊富な史料を用いて、国・共両党の政策の関連を明らかにするとともに比較研究も行ない、博士論文としてまとめ、東京大学に提出した。(2)中ソ関係と中国辺疆中国の辺疆民族問題の研究では、ソ連(現在のロシア)との関係の影響は無視しえないが、研究の蓄積はそれほどない。このため、下記二つの個別研究を行なった。すなわち、(イ)アルタイ事件をめぐる中ソ交渉。(ロ)クルジャ(伊寧)事件をめぐる中ソ交渉。(イ)は、まもなく刊行される予定である(次ページ参照)。(ロ)は、中・ソ・米3カ国の史料を総合的に分析する必要があり、現在論文を作成中である。
