项目摘要

We studied the urodynamic problems according to aging using SAMFemale 1 years old SAM and 2 years old normal mice (without senescence accelerated symptoms from the same strain) were used as aged group, 14 weeks and 1 year-old normal mice were used as control group. Under urethane anesthesia, polyethylene tube connected to pressure transducer and infusion pump inserted into urinary bladder through the dome. Physiological saline was infused 0.02 ml/min and bladder pressure was monitored under single cystometric conditionIn control group, there was no difference in any parameters between 14 weeks old and 1 year old normal mice. In 14 weeks old formal mice, parameters for bladder function were following the pressure threshold for micturition reflex was 9.4 cmH2, bladder compliance was 0.018ml/cmH2O, maximum bladder pressure during voiding was 36.9 cmH2O.In aged group, there was no difference between 1 year old SAM and 2 years old normal mice. In 1 years old SAM, parameters for bladder function were following ; the pressure threshold for micturition reflex was 36.3 cmH2O, bladder compliance was 0.007 ml/cmH2O, maximum bladder pressure during voiding was 44.4 cmH2O. The volume threshold was significantly increased and the bladder compliance was significantly decreased from the control group without altering the maximum pressure of bladder contraction. These data suggested that afferent systems from the bladder and the sympathetic nerve systems were injured in aged mice
本实验以1岁雌性SAM小鼠和2岁正常小鼠(同品系无加速衰老症状)为老龄组,14周龄和1岁正常小鼠为对照组。在乌拉坦麻醉下,将连接压力传感器和输液泵的聚乙烯管通过圆顶插入膀胱。生理盐水灌注0.02ml/min,单次膀胱测压法测定膀胱压力。对照组14周龄与1岁正常小鼠各项参数无差异。14周龄正常小鼠的膀胱功能参数为:排尿反射压力阈值为9.4cmH_2,膀胱顺应性为0.018ml/cmH_2O,排尿时最大膀胱压为36.9cmH_2O。1岁SAM膀胱功能参数如下:排尿反射压力阈值为36.3 cmH 2 O,膀胱顺应性为0.007 ml/cmH 2 O,排尿时最大膀胱压力为44.4 cmH 2 O。与对照组相比,容量阈值显著增加,膀胱顺应性显著降低,而膀胱收缩最大压力不变。提示老年小鼠膀胱传入系统和交感神经系统均受到损伤
