英文摘要
The observed Arctic moistening trend is believed to be an important driver for rapid warming in the Arctic. Moisture in the Arctic is mostly transported from lower latitudes and thus it is important to understand the transformation mechanisms during moisture transport, and its changes in a warming climate. Since hydrological processes such as evaporation and condensation are mass dependent, water isotopes act as an integrated tracer for the history of an air parcel providing complementary information on transport events that can help to improve model descriptions and predictions.
