The goal of this study is to cast some useful Knowledge on the Research Study Program of Teacher's Ability to conduct on Effective Lesson in Mother Tongue Education.For that purpose we are based upon the theory of Junya Noji. And we made clear how to prepare for diagnostic Purposes of Teacher's Ability to conduct on Effective Lesson in nine fields of Mother Tongue Education. We made and enforced Research Study practical Programs of Teacher's Ability to conduct on Effective Lesson in five fields.It is probably safe to conclude that forecast the Research Study Program of Teacher's Ability to conduct on Effective Lesson in Mother Tongue Education.

本研究旨在为母语教育中教师有效授课能力的研究性研究项目提供一些有益的认识。为此，我们以Junya Noji的理论为基础。并从母语教育的九个方面明确了如何为教师有效授课能力的诊断做准备。制定并实施了“教师有效授课能力”五个领域的研究性学习实践方案。可以肯定地说，预测了母语教育中教师有效授课能力的研究性学习计划。
