平成13・14年の2年間に行った本研究の主要な成果及び得られた主な知見は以下のとおりである。一つは、経営政治不確実性の複雑構造の解明を実施した。次に、華人企業の成長理論の一般化を行なった。以上の研究分析の成果として、すでに国内外学会において発表した。平成13年度には、国際学会のAcademy of International Businessの年次大会で、査読論文"Capital Growth of Overseas Chinese Business Groups in a Business-Political Uncertainty Context"を発表し、国際経営学分野の研究者たちと討論を行った。その要約は大会プログラムに掲載された。平成14年度には、日本経営学会の年次大会にて、「経営政治不確実性動態的モデル:華人企業グループの成長を中心として」を発表し、日本経営学会第76回大会報告要旨集に収録された。また、その一部は、今年出版する予定の「IT革命と企業経営」(日本経営学会編集)にも掲載されることになった。また、更に、国際学術誌Journal of International Business Studiesに寄稿し、査読中である。上記の研究から得られた主な知見はつぎのとおりである。(1)経営政治不確実性は、経済格差、政治格差および社会格差によって構成される。それぞれの格差は複合的かつ進化的な構築を理論的に展開することができた。(2)華人企業の持続成長を追求するには、上記の三つの格差から生じる政治経営不確実性のコントロール政策が要求されている。しかも、事業単位ごとの国際政治経営不確実性の管理が肝心であることを、明かにした。(3)理論的に可能な「最適資本成長経路」のタイプが様々であることが分った。更に、そのうち、実証的に容認できるのは一つしかないことを発見した。その軌跡は、華人企業が企業現代化戦略に対して、相対的に保守的な態度を持ち、不確実性の程度が高くもなく低くもない事業単位に、より多い支援を与えることを示すことが明らかとなった。

The trajectory of Chinese enterprises is to maintain a conservative attitude towards enterprise modernization strategy, and the degree of uncertainty is to maintain a high level of enterprise modernization strategy and a high level of enterprise modernization strategy.
