项目摘要

本研究の目的は、中国特別行政区における旧西洋植民時代の歴史遺産に関する保護政策とその実施内容について考察することにより、従前との主導権の異同による二国間治世から一国二制度の政策転換の中でどのように都市構造が変更され得るのかを明らかにすることにあった。単に環境工学的な観点からの保護・再利用の利点のみならず、歴史遺産の保護には国家思想を如何に反映するかという都市のアイデンティティに関わる重要な問題を孕んでいる。そこで、本研究ではこれらの諸問題をより鮮明に浮き上がらせることが可能なマカオを対象地とした。本研究では、平成13年度に基礎的な資料の収集と現況調査を行い、一端整理と分析を完了した上で現地機関との情報交換を行うことで研究の完成を試みた。これにより、下記の成果を得ることができた。(1)中国返還に伴って新たに刊行・公開された史料を含む、現時点における日本国とマカオ双方におけるマカオの建築と都市に関する既往研究と基礎資料の全貌を明らかにし、データベースに纏めた。(2)マカオ文化局による歴史遺産保護のための基礎資料、中国返還以前の重要歴史建造物悉皆調査、返還前後の保護政策によってなされた歴史的建造物保存・活用事業の現状調査について完了し、データベースに纏めた。(3)歴史遺産保護政策の手法についての調査と(2)による現状について、日本国建築学会に発表した。(4)歴史遺産保護政策の手法についての調査と(2)による現状について、アジア近代建築保護国際会議に発表した。(5)(3)(4)に加え、特定の建造物の保存事業についてポルトガルの建設史学会に発表した。

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation content of protection policies and systems related to the historical heritage of the old Western colonization era in China's special administrative regions. Due to the similarities and differences between the past and the present, the policy changes between the two countries and the two systems of one country have changed, and the urban structure has changed. The important issues concerning the protection and reuse of environmental engineering and the protection of historical heritage are how to reflect national thinking. This study is aimed at solving the problems of the problem. This research is based on the collection of data and the investigation of the current situation, and the completion of the information exchange. The results of this study are as follows: (1)China returns to China with new publications, publications and historical materials. (2)Basic data of historical heritage protection, investigation of important historical buildings returned by China, investigation of conservation policies before and after return, investigation of current situation of historical buildings preservation and utilization, investigation of historical buildings preservation and utilization, etc. (3)(2) Research on the current situation of historical heritage protection policy and presentation by the Architectural Society of Japan (4)The International Conference on Conservation of Modern Architecture was held in Beijing. (5)(3)(4) Construction History Society for the Preservation of Specific Structures.
