On this Research, we intended a study of the measure to counter Domestic violence in future through analyzing the Judicial Decisions of Homicide cases which are caused among the Family on recent decades in Japan about the process of causing the death. Compared with the Shouwa period, Attention is diverted to the fact of remarkable decrease of the percentage of infanticide among the homicide cases since Heisei Era. The main Cause of infanticide in Shouwa period was that mothers killed their children who were born by their unwanted pregnancy. So we guess the decrease of infanticide cases are caused by the decrease of the numbers of child birth and by the decrease of unwanted pregnancy of mothers. But the Homicide cases of elder children by their own parents increased since Heisei Era. At the background of the those cases there were the domestic violence or the delinquency of the victims. It is also observed the increase of the numbers of the cases that females killed their husband or lover among the Homicide cases since Heisei era and at their background there were domestic violence of long duration. For preventing the child abuse and the domestic violence it is needed establishing the system with practical effect to counter speedily to the sign of those.
