Entrepreneurship and Growth of innovative Enterprise -Empirical Study by historial, econometrical and Case-study Research-

为了解释企业家精神与创新型企业成长的关系，明确企业获得竞争优势的主观条件，如对领跑者的牵制和后发动态追赶，本文首先对10659家机械制造企业进行了问卷调查，东京都的电子信息产业，可获得1896个回答（18.4%）。根据问卷调查的结果，在1896家企业中，70%的企业经历了与企业成长相关的新的R&D或产品开发，这一趋势似乎与竞争市场条件有关。从历史、计量经济学和案例研究的角度进行详细分析。因此，我们将在学术期刊上发表这项研究的成果并撰写文章。

The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between entrepreneurship and growth of innovative enterprise, and clear out the subjective condition of getting competitive advantage such as holding down the first runner and dynamic catch-up of late-corner.First of all, we carried out questionnaire survey of 10659 companies of machine, electrics and information industry in Tokyo and could get 1896 responses (18.4%). According to the results of questionnaire survey, 70% of 1896 companies experienced new R&D or product development connecting with growth of enterprises and the tendency seems to associate with condition of competitive market.From now on, we will analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship and growth of innovative enterprise in. detail from the viewpoints of historical, econometrical and case-study research. And so we will make presentations on outcome of this research and write articles on academic journal.
