Development of Community Bus Service Support System for Rehabilitation of City Center with ITS

根据环线公交(社区公交)的需求特征，建立了具有弹性的环线公交(社区公交)服务优化分析模型。需求函数包括等待时间(运行间隔时间)、服务时间、出行时间、访问时间和票价。优化目标是社会福利最大化。社会福利由消费者剩余和利润总额构成。以长野市的实际路网为例，验证了该模型的应用。利用该模型进行了仿真实验，并分析了最优运行间隔时间和票价的特性。在交互模式问题中，明确了长野市中心城区消费者的购物行为与模式选择行为之间的关系。在金泽市和长野市，从5月开始连续实施P&BR制度。研究了为增加景区P&BR系统用户提供交通信息，重点研究了提供信息的方法、信息的类型和提供的对象。利用判别分析和线性回归模型分析了用户的类属特征与使用该系统的关系

In this study, analytic models are developed for optimizing circular route bus (Community Bus) services with elasticity in their demand characteristics. The demand function include the wait time (running interval time), service time, travel time, access time and fare. The optimization objective is maximum social welfare. The social welfare consists of the consumer surplus and the total profit. The application of this model is confirmed by using the actual road network in Nagano city. The model is used to perform simulation experiments, and to analyze the characteristics of the optimal running interval time and fare. In the inter-modality problem, we clarified the relation between the consumers' shop-around behaviors and mode-choice behaviors in the city center of Nagano City. In Kanazawa City and Nagano City, P&BR System is carried out in a succession of holiday begining of May. We studied on providing traffic information for increasing to P&BR System user in scenic area, especially we paid attension to the method of providing information, type of information and the object of providing. We analized the relation between the user generic character and using this system using by discriminant analysis and linear regression model
