1.研究の目的日々の看護業務の中で,患者の死に立ち会うことは比較的よく起こることであり,看護師は患者の死に関して避けて通れない立場にある。しかもその患者の死が自殺によってもたらされた場合,患者家族のみならず,それに関係したスタッフにも,さまざまな心理的影響をもたらすといわれている。本研究の目的は,患者の自殺を経験した看護スタッフについて,患者の自殺を経験した後に抱える心理的負荷や,自身の心理的葛藤に対する対処行動,受けたソーシャルサポートの具体的内容などを明らかにすることである。2.研究方法1)文献レビュー2)看護スタッフに対する面接調査3.結果1)文献レビュー患者の自殺を経験したスタッフに対するサポートのあり方について,自殺のポストベンションという視点から文献調査を行なったs。2)看護スタッフに対する面接調査平成14年度に実施した予備調査をもとに調査の方法や枠組みなどを検討した上で,患者の自殺を実際に経験した看護スタッフ14名に対して,面接調査を行なった。(なおこの調査の実施にあたっては,茨城県立医療大学における倫理委員会の承認を得ている。)
