项目摘要

本年度は、青年期の自閉症生徒(公立高等学校3年生男子1名)を対象に、他者とのコミュニケーション場面における問題点を明らかにし、適切な対人スキルの獲得に必要な訓練方法や般化について検討した。家庭や訓練室におけるアセスメントの結果から、他者の情報提供(例えば,「昨日は東京でも雪が降ったらしいよ」など)に対する、文脈に応じた応答(例えば,「へえー」「そうですか」など)が標的行動とされた。当該スキルの獲得訓練は大学内の訓練室が使用され、ビデオ教材を用いた条件性弁別訓練と直接訓練が導入された。ビデオ訓練においては適切な応答をしている人を選択させる訓練、その人がどのように応答しているのかを答えさせる訓練などが行われた。また、直接訓練では訓練スタッフとの実際のコミュニケーション場面において、「ビデオではどうだった?」などとビデオ訓練と実際の場面を結びつけるような訓練を導入した。その結果、対象生徒は、ビデオによる条件性弁別訓練のみでは標的行動を生起しなかったが、直接訓練を合わせて行ったところ、標的行動を獲得し、家庭場面においても般化が見られた。アセスメント時の家庭におけるやり取りは、家族が情報提供を行っても、対象生徒は無応答や自分の好きな話をするなど、文脈に応じた適切な応答は見られなかった。そのため、家族はそれ以上会話を継続することがなかった。しかし、直接訓練後においては、家族が情報提供を行った直後に、対象生徒からの適切な応答が増えた。また、直後に応答がない場合でも、家族が情報提供を再度行えば、適切な応答が見られた。
