1.概要:初年度は、従来の単独課題に比べ、より大きな感情変化をともなう対人コンピュータゲーム課題における心臓血管反応の検討を行った。今回は、先行研究との比較を考慮に入れ、対人コンピュータゲーム課題として、競争型に改造した鏡映描写課題を用いた。2.目的:鏡映描写(MD)課題は、主として全末梢抵抗(TPR)の増加によって、血圧(BP)を増大させる事が知られている。しかし、そのような結果は一般に単独被験者パラダイムによって得られたものである。もし、対人的な状況における検討を行えば、異なった結果を得る可能性がある。本研究では、競争状況を対人要因として採用し、それがMD課題中の心臓血管反応に与える影響について検討することを目的とした。3.手続き:32名の男子大学生が、8分間の練習の後、4分間の本課題を行った。本課題において、被験者の半数は単独で課題を行う事が求められ、残りの半数は競争課題を行う群に割り当てられた。心拍数(HR)、圧反射感度(BRS)、BPおよび血行力学的パラメーターが計測された。4.結果および考察:本課題において、競争群は単独群に比べ、明らかに高いBPの変化を示した。血行力学的なパラメーターは、そのようなBPの上昇が心拍出量の増大によるものである事、逆に単独群ではTPRの増大が主な原因である事を示した。競争においては、顕著なHRの増加も観察された。対照的に、練習および単独群の本課題では、HRの有意な増加は認められず、両群の練習期間においてBRSの増大が見られた。MDのようなTPRを増大させやすい課題においてさえ、競走状況は心臓反応の増大を誘発した。競争要因の心臓血管反応に対する特殊性が強調され、その背景に社会評価の影響が想定された。なお、感情の表出スタイルに関しては検討を行ったものの、明確な差を見出す事はできなかった。
