项目摘要

本年度は皇帝と臣下との間で直接交わされた奏摺がいつ如何なる政治的要因で、使用されるようになったかを、(1)清代康煕年間における奏摺政治の展開(九州大学東洋史論集、2005年5月、第33号)、(2)清代康煕27政変再考(東方学、2006年7月、第112輯掲載予定)の論文において明らかにした。さらに、それについて(1)九州大学東洋史研究室定例会において、「清代康煕朝奏摺政治と地域社会」と題する口頭を2005年11月20日に、(2)財団法人東洋文庫談話会において「清代康煕朝奏摺政治の展開と地方社会」と題する口頭発表を2006年3月24日に行った。また、台湾・中央研究院台湾史研究所、及び歴史語言研究所へ訪問研究員として受け入れをしていただき、資料調査・学術交流を行った。中央研究院歴史語言研究所所属の傅斯年図書館は、明清時代の公文書を整理した内閣大庫?案を所蔵しており、清朝の政務決裁過程を検討する上で、その資料の収拾分析は大いに有益であった。さらに、同院近代史研究所所属の郭廷以図書館が所蔵する財政類の奏摺は、台湾故宮博物院図書文献館が所蔵する宮中档案とともに、清代奏摺政治の展開や、清朝の公的政務決議機関として18世紀の乾隆時代に成立した軍機処について考察する上で欠かせない資料であったが、受け入れ期間中の調査により、充分な資料収集を行うことができた。さらに、国立国家図書館には貴重な満洲語資料が多数収蔵されており、それらの収集を行った。台湾の研究環境は申し分なく、報告者の研究を進展する上で大変有益であった。中央研究院台湾史研究所・歴史語言研究所受け入れ期間中に収拾した資料を活用した研究成果の一部は、本年度中の研究発表に示した研究業績に反映されているが、今後さらなる検討分析を加え、研究成果を公表していきたい。さらに台湾での学術交流を通じ、文献でしか知ることのなかった諸先学と面識を持つことができ、様々なご指導をいただいた。短い期間ではあったが、研究活動を通じて培った交流は、今後、報告者の研究において貴重な財産となると思われる。

The analysis of the data collected during the investigation of the administrative decision process of the Qing Dynasty is very useful. In addition, Guo Tingyi Library, affiliated to the Institute of Modern History of the same institute, has financial memorials, the Imperial Palace Archives of the National Palace Museum of Taiwan, the development of Qing Dynasty memorials and politics, and the establishment of the Qing Dynasty's government decision-making organs in the Qianlong period of the 18th century. Full data collection is possible. In addition, the National Library of China has collected valuable information from most countries. Taiwan's research environment is very different, and the progress of the reporter's research is very beneficial.
